How to make an inquiry?

You can send inquiry to the company whose products you are interested in.
You can find “Send inquiry” button on any product detailed information page. Click the button to enter inquiry page, then fill in the inquiry form and you can submit your inquiry.

Why can not I send inquiry or quotation through message?

If you your username hasn’t been identified you can’t make inquiry or quotation through message. As a common member, unless your username has already been identified, you can leave message to make feedback. Furthermore, you can post trade information, company profile and so on.
