a. The length of you username is too long or too short. It is required in 6-15 characters.
b. Extra characters may be used. It should be consisted by characters 0-9 or a-z.
c. The username has been used by someone else. Because every username is exclusive in our database, you can’t use it any more. |

| Some information is required information, and you shouldn’t omit. You should fill in your information carefully, or it would cause a lot of inconvenience. Your correct register may help the demanders or suppliers to contact you conveniently. Your detailed information also is a way to win the trust of your customers. |
5. How many kinds of member? What about of charge? |

| There are two kinds of member, general member and Supply & Demand Pass member. Supply & Demand Pass member fee is charged every year. But at the moment the Supply & Demand Pass member is also free, because it was launched recently. When we change to charge fees we will publish a price list on relative page in our website. |

| As a demander member, you can post demand, agent and co-operation information. |
| 7. What if I forgot my password? |
|
| If you wrote right information when you registered, you can click "Forgot your password?” link → enter your username and security number then click "Submit"→enter your registered email address and answer the question you submitted during your initial registration→click “Submit”. We will send your password to your mailbox. |
| 8. How to change my password? |

| Sign in and enter “My Business Center” →Click “Edit My Password” →enter your old password→enter your new password→confirm your new password→click “submit”, then you can change your password successfully. |
| 9. What new functions I can get after register? |

| You can post supply and demand information, agent/co-operation information, and leave massage. You can also build your own store on-line. |
| 10. How can I revise my information? |
|
| You can enter “Business Center”, and click “Edit Company Profile” then you can revise your information directly. |
